SHIPPING

At Art-Empire-Royal-Living, we guarantee secure payment and shipping.

We deliver your order to the address provided. During checkout, you can select a preferred delivery time on one of three available days. If there are special delivery instructions, you can include these with your order. Orders are packed securely for artwork and home decor items and delivered via specialized transport to ensure quality.

• Delivery Time: 3 to 14 business days after receiving your order and payment.

• Express Delivery: Available upon request, with additional charges.

• Shipping Costs: Per order to a single delivery address.

• Netherlands: EUR 1,500 (for orders below this amount: EUR 150)

• Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, Austria: EUR 2,000 (below this amount: EUR 250)

• France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, UK, Ireland, Portugal (postal code < 7600), Sweden, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic: EUR 3,000 (below this amount: EUR 300)

• Paris (dept. 75), Monaco, Alpine regions, Portugal (postal code > 7600), Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina: EUR 4,000 (below this amount: EUR 350)

• Norway, Bulgaria, Greece: EUR 5,000 (below this amount: EUR 350)

 

These rates do not apply to service orders or deliveries to European islands (such as Sicily, the Greek Islands, Malta, Cyprus, Channel Islands, Canary Islands). In these cases, transport costs are calculated based on the exact address and shipment volume.

Note: All amounts are exclusive of VAT.

RETURNS

If you have a question or concern about a received product, please contact our customer service at +31 (0) 624299264 or via email at info@art-empire.nl.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact customer service before returning any item. Once we have received your return in its original packaging, we will check its condition and, if undamaged, refund the purchase amount (excluding return shipping and administrative fees) within 14 days.

 

​Note: Products containing glass are non-returnable due to the fragility of the material and the risk of damage during transport. Please check your order carefully upon receipt.

Customized products, such as made-to-order artworks and throws, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Sales for these items are final once payment is received.
